Introduction - Potato pulp pellet
An energy source for ruminant and monogastric feed
Dehydrated potato pulp is a co-product obtained from the potato starch separation process. It is mainly composed of fibres and residual starch.
A source of both energy and digestion regulating fibres (pectins), dehydrated potato pulp can be used in most ruminant and monogastric formulas.
It also has good binding properties that can enhance the stability of the final product.
Potato pulp pellet for monogastric and cattle feed
Rich in starch and digestible fiber
Cattle feed and monogastric feed

Dehydrated potato pulp is an energy source that is rich in starch and digestible fibers.
It can be used both in ruminants and monogastrics:
- It is incorporated up to 10 to 20 % in cattle compound feeds. The good quality of the pellet allows its use in all mash-type cattle feeds
- It is incorporated between 5 and 10 %, in formulas for monogastrics, for its energy value and its fibre-rich content, especially in pectic substances
Dehydrated potato pulp also has good binding properties which can enhance the stability of the final product.
