Rich in amino acids (arginine)
Extracted from peas using an original process developed by Roquette, NUTRALYS® pea protein F85M is a protein that combines nutritional and technological advantages.
Characterized by a high protein content (80%), NUTRALYS® F85M presents an amino acid profile complementary to that of cereals. It is also particularly rich in arginine, an essential amino acid for domestic carnivores.
NUTRALYS® F85M also offers a number of technological advantages, in particular the ability to obtain stable emulsions.
Used alone or in combination with other proteins, it is used for the manufacture of textured products or TVP (Texturized Vegetable Protein) in pet food.

It can be used, in particular: - To provide a high-quality protein source, thanks to its excellent digestibility, to the lack of anti-nutritional factors and complex carbohydrates.

- To optimize nutrient protein balance. NUTRALYS® F85M pea protein is also rich in arginine, an essential amino acid for domestic carnivores.
- In the formulation of hypoallergenic diet. Considered as a "non-conventional" protein, NUTRALYS® F85M will also be appreciated in the formulation of "elimination" diet, for dogs and cats with food intolerance.
Thanks to its functional properties, NUTRALYS® F85M pea protein has advantages for the production of wet and textured pet food.
- Its emulsifying properties allow the production of stable emulsions and give a good texture to the end product.
- Its texture-conferring properties enable the production of TVP (Texturized Vegetable Protein). NUTRALYS® F85M can be used either alone, or in combination with VITAL® wheat gluten.
