Intensely concerned as how to best meet the challenges ahead, Roquette offers the industry a highly purified range of plant proteins. These are a real alternative to animal and fish based meals and include wheat, maize and pea as the source. |
The protein in these plants has the necessary advantages for efficient growth promotion in fish, being:
- High protein, allowing space gain in ration formulation
- Absence of non-starch polysaccharides for optimal digestibility
- If Wheat Gluten is to be used, as well as its highly available protein it also provides physical benefits in its natural visco-elastic properties, thus making it an efficient binder for extruded feed
