MILUREXⓇ BE Wheat Gluten Feed - introduction
Specifically produced by our Beinheim site, MILUREX BE is a combination of wheat bran and bioethanol distillation solubles.
Obtained by a manufacturing process exclusive to Roquette, MILUREX® BE wheat gluten feed is a raw material appreciated for its great stability, used in most formulas for monogastric animals and ruminants. Its nutritional value lies in the balanced content of the three main nutrient types:

Fibres that favour digestive transit.
MILUREX®BE is a palatable product particularly well-suited for the formulation of feed for sensitive species.
Moreover, MILUREX®BE is dried and pelletized to facilitate storage and handling.

MILUREX® BE can be considered as a Wheat Gluten Feed, an energy and protein source for numerous animal species.
Pig feed

MILUREX®BE is an ideal compromise for sow nutrition. Indeed, sows are highly sensitive to the palatability of raw materials and require, in particular, fibres to regulate the intestinal transit.
Its palatability, regularity and low ash content also make it a choice ingredient in piglet feed.
It is incorporated at a level of 10-20% in piglet feed and between 20 and 25% in sow feed.
MILUREX® is an energy source that is very well assimilated by pigs as it is significantly more digestible than wheat bran.
This product offers more flexibility than other wheat co-products: it can be used, even at high incorporation levels while maintaining very good growth and carcass quality.

Ruminant feed

MILUREX® BE is an advantageous addition to ruminant rations:

Its supply of energy (1.14 UFL/kgDM) and fermentable proteins is an excellent rumen flora stimulant.
Moreover, the phosphorous content is well assimilated by ruminants, making it a feed of choice for high-production dairy cows.
MILUREX®BE can be used either in ruminant compound feed, at a level of 20 to 50%, or directly on the farm, at a rate of 2 to 4 kg per cow per day.

Poultry feed

MILUREX®BE has a very stable mineral profile, along with a moderate ash content, which is perfectly suitable for poultry that is particularly sensitive to mineral content variations.
The usual incorporation rate is of 5 to 10% for table birds. It can be increased to 15% for layers and slow growth poultry.

Pet Food

MILUREX®BE conforms to the requirements of pet food formulations thanks to its regular composition and good performance in extrusion processes.
The usual incorporation rate is 5 to 10%.
