Roquette pea hulls
"The new low-digestible fibre used in dry Pet food"
Roquette extends its fibre range by putting on the market a new product rich in cellulose.
With 80% fibres (TDF), Roquette pea hulls are more and more used by manufacturers of dry or semi-moist Pet food seeking to develop products:
- “rich in fibres”
- with low calorific value
- for the “elimination of hairballs” in cats.
These long fibres – marketed in the form of pellets so as to make their handling easier – are an interesting economical alternative to some cellulosic wood fibres.
